THE SWIM
Open sea swim, starting in waist deep water. Swimming out and around fixed markers.
Full safety cover is provided.

THE BIKE
Standard Course around rural and country roads. Childrens Duathlon and Sprint are 'off road' bike courses.
All Course directions fully displayed en route.

THE RUN
Along the promenade and seafront paths between Holland Haven and Clacton Pier. Great views !

Please Note:
All entrants to British Triathlon Federation (BTF) sanctioned events are required to be members of the BTF. The additional charge for non-BTF members provides membership for the day, giving Civil Liability & Personal Accident insurance cover whilst participating in the event.
